Our approach is to assess your current PMO provision to identify the strengths and weaknesses of its service offerings in supporting the management team and Senior Responsible Owner in delivery of their business change programme of work.
With this initial assessment, we can concentrate on strengthening and implementing the key functions and features of the PMO service to enable good governance, scope management and communication.
From this new baseline, AHE Partnership will establish a roadmap for continuous improvement and maturity in the PMO services.
