Welcome to AHE Partnership
At AHE Partnership we consider the biggest challenges in major technology-enabled business change programmes and projects to be:
- the need to understand how to move from policy to deployment, how to build the business case, specifically the management case for investment;
- the need for good planning, designing and starting up a business change programme to deliver; specifically, the delivery approach, the governance and the value of fit for purpose PMO services;
- the need to road-mapping the delivery, taking the strategic plan down to detailed delivery schedules, considering the interactions with risk, issue and dependency management, and reporting to support decision making.

With our ways of working, our experience and knowledge of working in the public and private sector, portfolio, programme & project management [P3M]; we will support, guide, challenge and enable successful management and control of delivery.

Social Value – Equal opportunity
Together, we tackle workforce inequality and demonstrate to young women through mentoring, networking, and ways of working what can be achieved and make a difference.
We receive useful insight from young women into how they are treated in the workplace and what are the challenges they face in the 21st century at work and in society.
We inspire young women from across a full spectrum of capabilities, not just the brightest, to believe they are okay; and feeling, at times unsuccessful is normal in everyone’s life, from which we should understand, learn, and move forward is vitally important.

GROW: INCLUSIVE: RESPECT: LEADERSHIP: SUSTAIN:
Building trust with young women will help them become confident, independent, and valuable to their communities, organisations, and society by providing them with a set of skills and tools through experience and knowledge sharing that will enable them to thrive.
One of our Executive Directors works with project management professional associations in their mentoring programmes; giving her time to mentor women at the early stages of their careers, changing careers and women returning back to work after career breaks.
