We at AHE Partnership are accredited AXELOS Consulting Partners & P3M3 Assessors. We are not into re-inventing wheels and based on our experience [Over 50 years collateral] on both the client and supplier side; and using industry best practice from across the world; we can assist organisations in benefits-led business transformation and service integration by setting up and mobilising valued PMO services including planning & scheduling, reporting and RAID management for portfolio, programmes and projects.

SERVICES
POLICY TO DELIVERY PLANNING SERVICE
The policy to delivery planning service is to support new and amended policy initiatives succeed; by identifying early-on the delivery options with associated risks and dependencies to help business change programmes and delivery projects start-up and achieve the intended outcomes. This planning service will use workshops, interviews and document review to support policy and delivery leads to consider the strategic delivery options, share stakeholder needs and initiate the business case.
PMO/P3O CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT & ASSURANCE SERVICE
The capability assessment & assurance service will provide an independent and objective oversight: to the organisational programme / project management regime; to measure its maturity against a comprehensive and broad based set of portfolio, programme & project management best practices; and performance capability. This service will identify governance, management, control and planning capabilities that are 1) in existence; 2) missing; 3) and the relative importance to each capability to manage the organisational change and delivery.
PMO/P3O DESIGN, START-UP & MOBILISE SERVICE
The design, start-up and mobilise service is to implement PMO/P3O services to manage, control and support change and delivery; either during initiation / identification / definition of benefits-led business change, or for a PMO/P3O refresh / reorganisation. The service will establish an effective manage, control and support services based on achieving 4 key features – organisational governance; scope management; common standards & best practice; and shared consistent information.
The functions, processes and procedures are tailored to the organisational (portfolio, programme or project) needs.
PMO/P3O IMPROVEMENT & ASSURANCE IMPLEMENTATION SERVICE
The improvement and assurance implementation service can be used to improve PMO/P3O services; to implement management and control assurance framework within a portfolio, programme management office and project support office. The output from the capability assessment and assurance service will be used to plan, implement and mature the improvements.
P3M PLANNING & SCHEDULING SERVICE
The planning and scheduling service is to provide management and control at the core of portfolio, programmes and projects to achieve successful delivery within agreed tolerances. This service is based on delivering key features to establish rigorous monitoring and proactive control – assess capability, define approach, agree design, implement, mature and maintain.
DEV-OPS PLANNING SERVICE
The DevOps planning service is part of the DevOps Toolchain, to provide management, development and delivery at the core of an agile service management framework [agile software development / enterprise systems management] to achieve successful deployment and release; to improve the predictability of increased deployment frequency. This service is based on planning for integrated product or service delivery: ensuring continuous assessment, testing, development and release within the development and deployment timeframes.
P3M MANAGEMENT CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICE
The business case provides justification to change; it evaluates the benefit, cost and risks associated to delivery options and rationale for preferred solution and approach; and is broken down into 5 key cases – strategic, economic, financial, commercial and management.
The management case is key and describes the overall programme approach, structure, governance, business change, benefits realisation, risk management and assurance for a successful delivery. The management case service covers the assessment of current delivery methods, organisation & options, management case, identify gaps and improvements
P3M TURNAROUND RECOVERY PLANNING SERVICE
The turnaround recovery planning service will assist with re-planning where the business benefit cannot be delivered within a reasonable time or cost structure; the political environment is not supportive of recovery; the sponsor has departed and no replacement has stepped forward; business needs have changed; significant technological changes have occurred rendering the approach invalid; or market conditions have changed. This service will produce an achievable schedule; re-establish customer and management confidence; re-baseline the plans and prioritise critical issues.
This services will focus on providing key stakeholders with accurate information to inform decision making to increase the management attention and scrutiny to increase delivery confidence.
