An accelerated 5-day P3M3 Maturity review. Start Monday, report Friday. Provides a high-level review of one P3M model, for example, Project (PjM):
- Indicative score ranges for each Perspective: Governance; Management Controls; Risk; Benefits; Finance; Stakeholder and Resource
- High-level capability strengthening next steps recommendations
Includes:
- 90-minute feedback discussion on the Friday
- Report 1-pager, listing indicative score, key capability issues and risks, and next steps for capability improvements
